8th Annual Dash with Rio

At Cizek Associates, we believe that strong communities are built through service, connection, and support. While our work focuses on helping organizations find exceptional leadership, we also recognize the importance of investing in the people and programs that make our communities stronger.

One example is the annual Dash with Splash, hosted by Rio Salado College. The 8th annual event took place on Saturday, April 18, at Tempe’s Kiwanis Park, bringing together more than 240 runners and walkers in support of student success. The event raised over $20,000 for the Jo C. Bennett Student Assistance Fund, helping students overcome barriers and continue pursuing their educational goals.

Cizek Associates was proud to sponsor and participate in this inspiring event. From the runners and walkers to the volunteers and cheer squads, the day reflected the power of a community coming together around a common purpose. It served as a reminder that leadership extends beyond the workplace—it includes supporting the organizations and initiatives that create opportunities for others.

Rio Salado College continues to make a meaningful impact through its commitment to access, innovation, and student achievement. We are grateful for the opportunity to support its mission and to contribute to efforts that strengthen our local community.
